When Secret Service Agent Phillips (Wilson) is blamed by his own people he becomes the relentless Cyber-Tracker's next target. Phillips joins forces with newscaster Connie Griffith (Stacie Foster) and Jared Kerns (Steve Burton) a young rebel avenging the death of his brother. Also on their trail is his personal nemesis, fellow Secret Service Agent Ross.
The action never lets up, starting with a horrific opening fire fight, immediately followed by a heart-pounding terrorist attack and into a final showdown with the indestructable mechanical monsters.
